Karoshoek, Ilanga & Elang Solar Farm (W Upington 55km)

Karoshoek, Ilanga and  Solar Farms are located on the N10 between Upington & Groblershoop.

The Ilanga plant is 100 MW with thermal storage capacity of 7hrs, through the use of molten salts. It consists of 360,000 mirrors. It can produce enough power for 80,000 households.
